1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of urdu-realtime-1 and this website, provided by Neu Software LLC, a Delaware limited liability company trading as NEU ("we", "us", "our"). By starting a call or creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

urdu-realtime-1 is an AI voice model you can talk to in Urdu in real time. It is an early product: features may change, and the service may sometimes be slow or unavailable. We don't promise any particular uptime on the free plan.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

4. Free and paid plans

• Free plan: calls are recorded, and our team may listen to them and use them to improve the model, as set out in our Privacy Policy. Starting a free call means you agree to this.
• Paid plans: we never listen to your calls or use them to train or improve our models. Prices, limits and billing periods are shown before you buy. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

5. Recording other people

If anyone else can be heard on your call, you are responsible for telling them it is an AI call and, on the free plan, that it may be recorded and reviewed.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use urdu-realtime-1 to:

• break the law, or help anyone else do so;
• harass, threaten, defraud or deceive people, including passing the model off as a real person to someone who hasn't been told;
• impersonate a real person or copy someone's voice without their permission;
• produce sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence or hatred;
• overload, attack or get around the limits of the service, or scrape or copy the model by automated means;
• reverse engineer the model or use its output to build a competing model.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. AI output

The model can mishear you and can say things that are wrong, incomplete or inappropriate. Don't rely on it for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, or in emergencies.

8. Ownership

We own urdu-realtime-1, its voices, this website and everything we build. You keep the rights to what you say. On the free plan, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, review and use your calls to run, improve and train our models. On paid plans we use your calls only to run the service for you.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the service. If we end a paid plan for reasons other than a breach by you, we will refund the unused part.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.

11. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you are on the free plan. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where you live.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for important changes, tell you before they take effect. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
